I like the first OP a little better than the second OP, but I like both.
I usually like slower songs that fast songs, but I like both of the
Railgun OP songs.

As for the promo video, I wish they showed more of Yoshino.
The first video was about the Railgun characters (acted by humans),
but I don't understand this video.
