I have never seen the anime "Natsu no Arashi", but they have some
pretty good CDs.  It seems many of the songs related to this anime
feature oldies (jpop from the 70's and 80's).

"Toki wo Kakeru Shoujo" is a cover of the old jpop song by Harada Tomoyo. 

I would have liked to hear Nonaka Ai sing "Toki wo Kakeru Shoujo"
by herself.
