There were quite a few seiyuu good CDs (mostly anime related)
released in September (or late August).

Some of my favorite CDs were (besides the Nogizaka Haruka ones):

Strike Witches (Ishida Yoko/Fukuen Misato)
  This CD contains the OP and a solo version of the ED.
  This was my second favorite series of the past season.
  Similar to Sky Girls, but with a much better ending.
  The OP is pretty good.  The ED is great.
  The anime has the ED sung by several girls, but this version
  is a solo by Fukuen Misato (the main girl).

Feel So Easy (Momoi Haruko)
  This CD contains the ED to the TV anime MissionE.
  I don't watch this anime, but I like the song.
  Actually both songs on this CD is good.

School Rumble Forever (Koshimizu Ami, Noto Mamiko)
  This CD contains the OP and ED songs to the School Rumble OVA.
  ED for episode 25 "Onnanoko Otokonoko" is the same song
  (original by Ogura Yuko), but sung by Koshimizu Ami and
  Noto Mamiko.  I really like the original, but this version
  is very cute too.
