There's a better version of it (that is, clearer lyrics, less  
processed); I believe it's from an Anipara live performance (probably  
on NicoNico and YouTube). The English is nonsensical...however, it  
looks like the lyrics are really mostly comprised of anime titles  
(she's not actually trying to sing a majority of the actual English  
lyrics).
