I found that Ohtani Ikue has been replaced for her regular roles.
After some web surfing, I found many fansite said that she was ill
and has stopped working for the time being. However, in the website
of Mouse Production, her management agent, no formal announcement 
can be found.

In Wikipedia Japan, someone also wrote the same thing, and has 
lists the role replacement as follows : 
- Gasshu of Kiniro no Gasshuberu!!, Yoshida Konami
- Chobba of One Piece, Ikura Kazue
- Tsubaraya Mitsuhiko of Meitantei Conan, Orikasa Ai
- Manene of Pocket Monster Advanced Generation, Hanba Tomoe
  (Pikachu's voice is pre-recorded, so not affected)
- Hasegawa Sora of Ah Megamisama, Koorogi Satomi
