Hi CuSO4,
Long time no see! :D
I really miss seeing you, Chris, Donny, Philip and the others a lot...
I think it was the only benefit of me making regular visits to Hong Kong every few
months. ;)
I resigned from Ulead last year just before the InterVideo takeover.
Afterwards, I moved to Vancouver and landed a job at Electronic Arts Canada.
I was using dedicated servers in Taiwan when the local Internet revolution was just
starting to take off.
Needless to say, it was pretty much a touch-and-go experience in the first three years.
Lots of issues, but the ISP staff was friendly and always ready to help.
After three years, bad things started to happen.
I found myself I was spending more and more of my time repairing and making sure my
Web sites were operational than designing new pages. :(
I ended up moving nearly all of my pages back to my university's account, which unfortunately
has a 100MB quota.
So I haven't done much design work in the last five years.
How about you? :)
What have you guys been up to?
CheerS!
Aubrey

Sasami-chan !!! Long time no see! You still stay in TW ?

Were you using hosted dedicated server or virtual servers ?
I have 3 virtual servers. 2 in the States and 1 in Japan. All
3 are running smoothly without my intervention. But of course
the traffics to my site are not that high...
