I didn't want to go to Comic Market on day 3 (8/14),
so I just went to work for a while and then went to Akihabara.
(My office is less than 10 minutes walk from Akihabara.)

I accidentally ran into the Uchimizu event at Yamagiwa Soft.
Momoi Haruko and a group called Perfume were there.
The event was only about 15 minutes.  There was a short talk at the
beginning.  Then they poured water onto the street (to cool it off).
Then Perfume sang a song.  Haruko was the "dj" and just played the
music and danced in the back while the Perfume girls sang.

I'm not sure if photos were allowed, but everyone was taking
pics, so I took some too.  But I didn't have my good lenses or
my battery grip, so the pics aren't that good.
