According to many Blog / BBS, Doraemon's new seiyuu of Nobita, 
Oohara Megumi, worked in maid cafe Hiyokoya in Akiba area.
She went to seiyuu school and worked part time in Hiyokoya.

She was also the narration voice in last winter's Comike CD-ROM 
catalog.
