Yeah, that song is the ending to the anime School
Rumble.  In fact, Yuko was cosplaying as the main
character in that video.

Though I wish I gotten a photobook of Yuko when I was
in Japan (I did bought a Nao Nagasawa swimsuit one in
Osaka)
