I'd just heard what Okazaki Ritsuko was died on 2004/05/05, because a blood infection.
She has 44 years old.
Japanese media told about her death since today only.
Okazaki-san did wrote many songs for anime and for seiyuu, like Hayashibara Megumi.


She was also a singer ; she sungs the OP of Fruits Baskets ; and somes Minky Momo's
songs, like "Yakusoku".
