Voice Newtype is a seasonal magazine, so it comes out once roughly every 
3 months. 
In terms of news, I'd say that Seiyuu Grandprix is still the best 
choice, being a monthly magazine.   However for good pictures of some of 
the current idol seiyuu, I'd go for hm3 Special, a bi-monthly 
publication.  Other than these 3, I don't know any other mainstream 
seiyuu publications.
