First, since Miki is only one entry among thousand.  If
you are only interested in Miki only, the book is not
for you, IMHO.

Anyway, I ordered it through S-Book (www.s-book.com)
They use UPS to deliver international order.  However,
their web pages are in Japanese only.  You have to
register yourself there first, then you can proceed
to order any book you like.  Note that they need you
to fax them your credit card number for the first order.

BTW, Amazon Japan does not carry this book.
