Hello,

There hasn't been much traffic recently, but I updated the
ML software for most of my MLs.
There shouldn't be any changes for most people.  But there is one
big change.  There is no matome okuri (digest) mode any more.
The MLs will only be available in immediate delivery mode.

The ML archives are still pointing to the old files,
but I will update them as soon as I can.  From now on,
the archives will become immediate, i.e. as soon as the
message is accepted by the ML server, it will be put into
the archives.
