Some drama CDs, a few vocal CDs, many events.  That's all.
No game, no anime.

There were/are other similar projects, but I don't think any succeed.

The Kira Melo girls who have "succeeded" are the following:

Asano Masumi - a "real" seiyuu now
Kadowaki Mai - almost there
Tokunaga Ai - seems to be going downhill recently

There are probably 10 to 20 others who are still trying to make
it as a seiyuu or minor idol or actress or whatever.
But they probably don't earn enough to "live" on just that work.

Also there are rumours that one of the Kira Melo girls became
an AV (adult video) actress recently..
