The "events" of AX Tokyo, like signing, talk, panels, were held
in other rooms on other floors, so I didn't go.
I took a peek at the cosplay area, and there were some people,
but it was the most deserted cosplay area that I have ever seen.

There were 0 foreigners at the Unity/Cutie Pai events,
and I didn't go to any of the other events so I don't know.
Just walking around though, I didn't see many foreigners,
except for the staff. (^_^;

more?
I think there are more Japanese GOH at the California cons
than at AX Tokyo. (^_^;
