I assume they have self service machines that can do that.
I just use powerpoint to mix a few pictures and words,
and then print them out at home.
It's possible to use word or gimp or photoshop or whatever tool,
as long as you make the jpeg in the same dimensions as a postcard.
(3 to 2 ratio)
