Since many years, I possess an anime in VHS called "Watt Poe".

I would like to post the Seiyuu cast but I have with a name. The credits who 
appears at my VHS is not the original Japanese 
 
credits, but re-write by the French publisher.

the name which I think it bad wrotted is "GINGAWA Matake". Someone can help 
me to find the real name of this Seiyuu ?
