The Hobby Expo 2003 took place on July 27, 2003.
It seems the Hobby Expo has turned into another major gathering for
seiyuu related events.

There were many seiyuu events, but I went for the Caramel Town and
Caramel Heights public recording event. These are radio shows hosted
by Inoue Kikuko. The event was held on a large stage at one end of the
Hobby Expo, with 300 seats in front of the stage. One needed a postcard
to sit down, but it was in the open, so anyone was able to watch from
outside of the roped off area.

The Caramel Town and Caramel Heights public recording flowed as follows.

  - song by Kikuko
  - Kikuko, Ryo, and Maria doing some radio show corners
  - skit by Kikuko, Ryo, Maria, and Noa
  - Caramel Police song by Kikuko
  - final messages

Noa was wearing a pink top and white skirt.
During the Caramel Police song, Noa, Maria, and Ryo danced a little bit
in the background.

Noa also appeared at the Bunka Housou booth at 15:00 and sold some
Inoue Kikuko goods.
But since I had a baseball game later in the afternoon, I had to leave
the Hobby Expo at 14:30. So I missed a chance to go talk to Noa. (;_;)

Ohgoshi Tomoe was at the Hobby Japan booth, and had a few events during
the day. Tomoe's events were those where she built plastic models.
In the afternoon, she held an event at the Thunderbirds model booth,
where she taught kids how to build a thunderbirds model.

Kuwakado Sora was helping out at the Max Factory booth, passing out flyers.
Sora had cut her hair recently, and was VERY cute.

Tokunaga Ai had a handshake session at the Cospa booth.
There were only 50 tickets given out for this, so they disappeared
very quickly.

photo notes
-----------
I took my 10D and some of my lenses, but since pics weren't allowed
of the Bunka Housou or main stages, and pics weren't allowed of Noa,
there wasn't anything that I really wanted to take.
But I was surprised to see Sora, and since she allowed pictures,
I was able to get some pictures that I liked.

My picture breakdown was as follows.

 girl | photos
 Kuwakado Sora | 10
 Ohgoshi Tomoe | 25
 Thunderbirds girl | 4

I also took two pictures of Sora with my Cheki (instant camera)
and gave one of them to her.
