The G-On Riders part of this question has already been answered, but as
for the new Kamen Rider, I will copy and paste here this excerpt from
HobbyLink Japan's "January Toy Show" e-mail:

"The other major new series that Bandai has the merchandising right to
is the latest incarnation of the eternal Kamen Rider series.  This time,
it's 'Kamen Rider Faiz.'  That 'Faiz' -- which rhymes with 'wise' -- is
alternately displayed as '555' as in 'fives' or as the greek letter phi.
 The big difference in this year's offerings is that the bikes these
guys ride transform into battle robots!"

And I thought it was bad enough that you were supposed to read a title
as "Turn A Gundam" and not "For All Gundam," or "Sazan Eyes" and not
"Three by Three Eyes."  Yet, now we have a title that can't even make up
its own mind.  Live long and prosper.
