Thanks to a mail of a Seiyuu Mail's member, I founded this page. So 
yesterday, I phoned to the Tokyo Hilton and ordered for a ticket.
 
Today, I went to the reception of the hotel for paying the ticket. Because 
the 19:00 session is sold out, I taked a 15:45 ticket.
