Having check again with local county official with below information given.He 
confirmed with us actual rate is 100 is roughly equal US$0.8.Reason for 
giving us import rate as US$5 equal to per 100 yen is to discourage us from 
spending hard foreign currencies like US$ and Yen.

No way. 100 yen roughly equals US$0.8. 

 After looking it's selling price which is 18,000 yen and that
 is US$900 for it's set excluding shipping and goods service 
 tax.

18000 yen ~= US$ 146 ~= Euro 149

 My good riends who are ST fans are crying in despair where 
 to get that amount of money to buy it.

It's not that expensive, especially when you compare it to 
the number of previous CD containing the songs.
