We started our day having funfair carvnival in order to raise money for
orphans and widows of NY firemen who died inside World Trade Centre.People 
from out towns came to our funfair.At 5pm it is where actual happening 
begin.That is Anime Songs With Dances And Action Nite.
 

It is broken into 2 segments.1st segment is known as Encouragement.Cosplayer 
fans perform it's first show which is Hana Yori Dango which depicts there is 
a silver lining by singing Futsuu No Nichiyobi Ni (An Ordinary Sunday)and 
Todoku Kana (Can I Make It?)
 
Respective cosplayer fans perform their respective animes like Maison 
Ikkoku,AMG,YUA,Tenchi Muyo.When comes to KOR,I ask their Cosplayers whether 
they can allow me to sing Dance In The Sweet Memories even I'm in my Lynn Min 
May costume.They allowed me to sing only after their peformances.Last item in 
this segment is that I'm in Lynn Min May costume. Except me,Hikaru with 
Roy,Misa,Gloria and the rest of Macross gang sang all Macross songs first 
while I sang 2 solo songs.First song is Watashi No Kare Wa Pairotto (My 
Boyfriend Is a Pilot).Second song is which is also the last song of this 
segment is Ai Oboete Imasuka(Do You Remember Love)After singing, I repeated 
saying this lyric Kino made namida de kunotteta sekai wa ima firstly 
translate it into my local language and secondly in English for our Guest Of 
Honour, Ambassador's Wife, who happen to have proficient knowledge of 
Japanese Language.Meaning is Till Yesterday It Seem Filled Only With Tears 
and now the world is...Pause wipe my tear away.In our own words and that is 
we the people here will mourn with New Yorkers and the rest of Americans.Loud 
applause with standing ovation from Ambassador's wife and her 
entrouge.Curtains down and 15 minutes break.
 

2nd segement of the show is known as Us Against Terrorists.We started playing 
the tune of with our local people's all time favourite except me.That is 
Mu-NRaito Densetsu (Moonlight Legend).First to appear is Sailor
 
Mercury who show her action and singing follow by other Sailor fighters.High 
point of this performance is lowering of this park bench with Mamoru waving 
and throwing roses into the crowd while Chibi Moon sitting at the centre 
waving her unicorn toy while throwing Unicorn balloons into the crowd while 
Sailor Moon is singing and waving her staff.When these 3 landed, together 
with Sailor fighters, they started singing all Sailor Moon songs and fighting 
with villains from all seasons and movies while park bench carefully being 
removed by backstage staff.After Sailor Moon comes Gundam which I didn't stay 
to watch because need to get ready for my next performance.From what I know 
that fan performers also sang all it's songs from different seasons and 
movies too while fighting with baddies.After Gundam, was Samurai X or 
Ruoronin Kenshin.I like their fight scenes because it looks like you're 
watching 
 
Akira Kurosawa's Seven Samurais,Yojimbo and Sanjimbo.Kaoru is the only person 
who is singing their anime songs while the rest show their action stuff.
 

After Samurai X is our El Hazard team up with Ultraman Tiga fans who want
to do their part for charity.1st section of our performance is El Hazard 
Character Fights.Setting is Wrestling/Boxing Ring and I was the 
Commentator.Started saying "Ladies and Gentlemen,tonight it is a honour for
 
you to witness 2 greatest fighters in history of Roshtaria.On my right is
pretty wife of our hero Makoto Mizuhara.Please give a round of applause to 
welcome Ifurita."Eye Of Tiger" song from Rocky 3 being played.On my left
 
is the people who hated her most and also claim to be Osama Bin Laden.Please 
boo and throw rotten eggs at her when she enters.Karlia please come in.Fake 
fruits,rotten eggs and boos were given to Karlia.
 
(For those who don't know,Karlia is the villainess who vow to destroy El
Hazard and she is able to do it.Nobody can defeat Karlia but she was killed 
with combine efforts of all heroes and heroines El Hazard Characters.)Karlia 
defeated Ifurita and she throw a challenge to Mr.Fujisawa who accepted it but 
also lose to her.Makoto,Nanami,Alele,Fatora and her older sister also lost to 
Karlia Next to fight is Resident villain Jinnai and His Burgoms but they lost 
to her in humilating way.Mizu and Sheila Sheila are still in overseas and I, 
Afura Mann, have no choice but to stop Karlia.I use my "Wind Power" by using 
Fan standing on Stand to blow wind onto Karlia to defeat her.
 
Surprisely Karlia smiling and saying"Thank you for cooling me after strenous 
fight with you fellows."Audience roar into laughter.I said "My powers can't 
defeat you but another group can defeat you."Karlia said"Call them in."I 
said"Guts".We exited into back stage while Spot light shone on a lady who is 
wearing a sweater with word Reina on her back and guy whose jacket back 
having word Daigou.They dress up like Ghostbusters and theme song Ghostbuster 
can be heard.Karlia said"Thank you for scratching my back and now time for 
destruction."Stage darken for few minutes and Spotlight shown on paper made 
Twin Towers and another SpotLight shone on Giant Karlia who threw 2 paper 
aeroplanes into Twin Towers(This part is sensitive and solemn music is being 
played)Reina and daigou in their paper fighter jet drove back Karlia but who 
somehow mange to to cripple Figher jet which safely crash landed with Reina 
lying unconscious.Daigou took out a Placard stating Osama and Al Qaeda can go 
and die.Stage again darken and Ultraman Tiga song being played.Stage brighten 
again showing Tiga showing his fighting pose and Karlia went up to fight with 
Tiga.When Karlia died. El Hazard performers with Reina and Ultraman Tiga 
appear on stage saying and showing Cloth banner Peace To All Mankind And 
Death To All Terrorists.Audience gave loud applauses and standing ovation 
too.
 

From what I know,2 shows in 2nd segment has loud applauses and standing 
ovation.One is the El Hazard/Ultraman Tiga performance which is 2nd last 
showand the other is also the last show for the night.That is Sakura Taisen 
team.
 

Sakura Taisen has 2 teams.Tokyo team and Paris Team.Tokyo team is the one 
will be performing.Sakura Taisen female cosplayers happen to be my good 
friends and occassionally get to watch seiyuu performances through PC and 
DVDs.Just for your information, new improved Sakura Taisen Game will be Tokyo 
Game Show next week.
 

Stage curtains down and the beginning tune of Geki Teikoku Kageki-dan being 
played.Curtains raised up with Sumire first to appear singing and swing her 
swordpole and doing her butterfly skill,next is Kannan doing her karate chops 
while singing,next is Kohran aiming her bazooka cum singing,Maria holding her 
handgun and pose like Bond,Reni and Orihime came on stage doing can-can dance 
while Sakura one hand waving her Arataka menacingly and other hand holding 
Iris's hand.Kameya with his guitar strumming and dressed up like The King 
while Ohgami dreesed up like King Of Pop.After singing Geki Teikoku 
Kageki-dan(Attack Imperial Floral Assault Team)Kameya went backstage and 
Villains appear on stage.Tokyo Team started singing Yume Mite Iyou (Let's 
Watch A Dream) while fighting Villains.Song ended with villains slain except 
the Last Villain still standing.This scene is the same like Sakura Taisen TV 
Series fighting with Last villain which is known as Satan Aoi.Geki Teikoku 
Kageki-dan music is played again and music ended with Satan Aoi's 
death.Curtains down and raised again with both Paris and Tokyo Singing New 
York Is Burning With Anger(Cosplayers Own Version)in Choir form.After their 
performance,Loud applauses are given together with standing ovation.
 

Town Mayor gave a Giant cheque amounting US$20,000 to Ambassador's 
wife.Ambassador's wife started to say "Your town is small and agricultural 
produce is your livelihood.Uncertain crop yields together with famines and 
floods, you people with big heart still part away such a huge sum of money.On 
behalf of New Yorkers and United States Of America.I say thank you and many 
blessings fall onto you people.Everyone standing and clapping while Town 
Mayor say "Thank you Ambassador's wife and everyone can leave only after our 
distinguished guests left first.
 

My town is consider be rare having 99% of it's population indulge in Animes 
and Mangas.From Young to Old enjoy being cosplayers.
