In the past eight years, I have had 16 semesters of language classes
(and not in the same language).  I've not found girls speaking in
non-native languages cute.  In fact, some of them have sounded pretty
awful.  Maybe it's just Americans?
Foreign girls speaking English have sounded vaguely cute, come to think
of it.
