The fans can enter anything on the poll on her offical site.
There is no restriction on whether it is an anime character 
or not.

BTW, there is a cartoonised Inoue Kikuko used in her web 
site.  Quite cute, IMHO.

Those "Guilty" or "Not Guilty" questions.

e.g.1  One afternoon, Kikuko's daughter Hou-chan was desperately 
finding her share of afternoon snacks.  She ask her mama where 
the snack is, but Kikuko said she did not know.  The fact is 
Kikuko could not resist the temptation and ate it!   ^_^
Guilty, or Not Guilty ?

e.g.2  In an event, Kikuko was supposed to draw 3 fans and gave
them presents.  Kikuko only drew 2 fans because she liked the 
present and kept one for herself.  ^_^;
