Is there an anime series called Team Muryou? I have
probably gotten the title wrong. It appears to be
about high school students. I spotted it in the
December issue of NewType magazine (please don't ask
me why I'm buying a magazine in a language I cannot
read ^.^xx;) and there is a website at
http://www.muryou.gr.jp

I'd like to know if this is a brand new series? Is it
popular? 

Also, is Project Arms: The 2nd Chapter a sequel of
sorts?

This is not really OT, since my favorite seiyuu is in
both series... ^v^;
