has anybody heard of Lingerie Soldier: Papillon Rose?

if so, what are your thoughts?

i have come across many people who feel it should be labeled as "piracy"

my friend, Miss Kanzaki Canari, (seiyuu for Tsubomi/Papillon Rose) appareantly
has a
