That was a Kodansha event held in their headquarter building.
Lots of things happened like exhibition, talks, autograph 
signings, etc.  The report above is on the Kikuko event part.

In Onee-chan's own word, she was having "Sailor Moon's outfit,
Rei's hair, and Ami's heart" that day.  ^_^
