I think it is the same outfit, except that they added the straps
(without the straps the dress would fall down).

Maybe Makio didn't sew them well enough, as Mayu's strap came
off during the song, and she had to hold up the dress
during the rest of the song.

Since I was watching Miyuu, I didn't notice if anything was "visible"..
