Michael and I went to the Kodomo no Hi Anime Yuuenchi event on 5/5.
It was held outside, on the grounds of NHK in Shibuya.
This event was a live broadcast TV show (on channel 3) from
13:45 to 15:00, focusing on TV anime.

The hosts were Sakakibara Ikue (former idol) and some guy.

Basically it was a vote to pick the favorite NHK anime.
There were four anime to choose from: Anime Three Musketeers,
Fushigi no Umi no Nadia, ?, ?.   (forgot the other two)

For the Nadia part, the guests were Inoue Kikuko, Takamori Yoshino,
Ohtsuka Akio, and Anno Hideaki.
There was a short talk (just a few comments about the Nadia recording),
and then they did a live after recording of a scene from Nadia episode 20.

Toyoguchi Megumi was in the TV center where they were counting
the votes and such, and she appeared on the TV screen a couple times.

At the end, all of the seiyuu (and non-seiyuu) guests came onto
the stage.

There was some more to the event between 15:00 and 15:45,
broadcast only on digital or satelite or something,
but we didn't stay for that part.
I think there were other guests Mitsuishi Kotono,
Hayashibara Megumi, Miyamura Yuko, etc for this part,
but I'm not sure who came.

Even though the event was outdoors, photos, etc wasn't allowed.

I still didn't watch the TV broadcast yet.
(I hope my VCR got it.)
