Don't know about Minami Omi's radio show,
but there are a lot of seiyuu related internet radio shows.
Some are audio only, some are audio and video.
Some are free, but think most are pay for (or members only).
The Internet radio shows usually have nothing to do with the
real air-wave radio shows.. except when some bootlegger makes
a real audio or mp3 version and broadcasts it on the Internet.
There is an Internet radio station at
http://radio.chara-ani.com/
which has some free broadcasts in mp3 format.
The others cost 200 yen per broadcast.
Also www.24ch.com had live broadcasts until January,
but they stopped becasue they moved their server.
They say they will resume in March.
