First, depending on what kind of romanization method you used, 
Yuuko can be written as Yuko, Youko can be written as Yuko.

Second, AFAIK, there is at least 1 seiyuu called Sasaki Yuuko
/Yuko, and 2 seiyuu called Sasaki Youko/Yoko.

佐々木優子  Sasaki Yuuko/Yuko 
佐々木瑶子  Sasaki Youko/Yoko
佐々木庸子  Sasaki Youko/Yoko
