This movie was on tonight. The animation was only so-so, and the story 
wasn't that great, either. I don't think Adachi actually wrote it (I don't 
remember seeing his name other than as creator).

I think one reason the animation was kinda crappy was because Group Takku 
hasn't done much computer animation (and I think this was mostly or all 
computer animated - reminded me of Kindaichi animation in some ways).

In the story, Tatsuya has signed on to a minor league baseball team in the 
States. Minami is working as an assistant freelance sports photographer. 
The plot is quite predictable, and offers nothing new or that interesting 
for Touch fans. Maybe I'll like it more once I watch it again and 
understand more of it...
