There is an Internet "anime channel" (www.24ch.com), and they have
live broadcasts of seiyuu and such.
Some Kira Melo girls will be appearing.

The first Kira Melo girl broadcast was 9/10 by Sawai Natsumi.
Tonight (9/12) will be Heart Chu.

To watch, you need to register as a member, and then reserve
your slot.  Only 100 people are allowed to connect to their
real video server.  Everything is free (in September).

I watched on 9/10.  It wasn't that crowded (probably around 20 or
so people), but the broadcast was pretty slow.
There is a real time chat system, where the people type in
messages (questions) to the seiyuu.  They will answer/talk
about the messages.

There will also be Kira Melo girl broadcasts on 9/15 and 9/17.
There are other seiyuu broadcasts every evening 21:00 JST.
