"dirt cheap" is still not free. (^_^;

There's only an "encode" button.
I push it, and every time it encodes the same file,
I get a different result.. It's Billy's fault.

Tried bbmpeg, didn't work on my Toshiba AVI files correctly.
Will try TMPGEnc later..
