There were two Kira Melo events on 4/30, the free 2nd Class students
introduction live and the 3000 yen 1st Class students live.
Since I also had to play a baseball game, it was a long day.

I woke up at 7:00, as I had to get ready for the baseball game.
(I usually don't wake up this early for work.)
The game started at 9:00 and went up to 10:45 or so.
I pitched 4 innings (out of 6 innings) and we won 9-4.
[gave up 3 hits, 1 walk, 5 k's, 2 runs (unearned),
 also went 2 for 3 batting with 1 run, 1 rbi]

Then I went to Matsudo (over one hour by train).
When I changed trains at Nippori, Sawai Natsumi, Misaki Mami,
and Kimura Ikue were right in front of me! (^_^;)

I arrived at Matsudo after 13:00.  They had started passing out
the free tickets to the 2nd Class students event at 12:00.
I got number 89.  I was surprised that there were that many people
already.  None of the Kira Melo events had that many people before..
Maybe there were a lot of people because it was free.

Since the event was scheduled to start at 15:00, I went to eat lunch
and play in the game center.
(got some new CC Sakura goods, couldn't get the To Heart keitai straps)

When I went back to get in line for the 2nd Class event, I saw
that there were over 130 people already!
I can't believe the Kira Melo second class is that popular..

I'll write up an event report later.
Nagai Kasumi was very cute.. (^_^;)
She cut her (from the game show).
I still don't recognize most of the other girls.

The 2nd Class event started on time, and ended on time (around 16:30).
After the event they had set up to sell the new Kira Melo goods,
CDs, books, etc..
Some of the new stuff:

  telephone cards  1300 yen each
   - Heart Chu
   - Dear Me
   - anime girls
  posters (1500 yen for a set of three)
   - Heart Chu
   - Dear Me
   - all first class students
  new badges  200 yen each
   - 28 first class students
   - 50 second class students

I bought the three telephone cards, and 10 badges.
The badges are random, that you pull out from a large bag.
But you get to choose either first class or second class.
I only bought the first class ones.
The girls are wearing the new uniforms in these.
Luckily I traded for and got one of Nagai Nobuko. (^_^;

The 1st Class event was going to start at 19:30 (letting in at 19:00),
so there was a lot of time to kill.  Went to a coffee shop with some
friends.

Just before 19:00 we lined up for the 1st class event.
I was number 75. (;_;)  But there were around 150 people for this one!
Maybe the number of Kira Melo fans is increasing..

During the evening event, they sold signed posters.
The Heart Chu and Dear Me posters were signed by all the girls
in the group.  The other poster was signed by just one girl.
It was random..  So.. trading posters!
Anyway, I bought one set and got Kuwakado Sora's signature.
I would have been satisfied with this, but there was a Sora-chan
fan who wanted it badly, so we managed a three way trade, with me
ending up with Nagai Nobuko's signed poster. (^_^;)

The event itself lasted until 22:10 (even though it was scheduled
to end at 21:00).
I'll write up an event report for this too.
