It might be a little early for the December events, but your
best bet would be Newtype, Animedia, Animage, AX, and the
seiyuu magazines (AniRaji GPX, Seiyuu GPX, Voice Animage).
I (and others) will be posting info about the "major" events
here anyway.
But of course LOTs of minor ones will fall through..
