IMHO, his best role is R. Tanaka Ichiro in Kyukoku Chojin R.  This series 
only have 1 OVA episode, 2 image albums, and 1 sort of the-making-of video.
The original manga is authored by Yuuki Masami, of Patlabor fame.  
Kyokoku Chojin R is his first long manga series, which is full of parodies.
