p.102, Suga-san's column.
* Title of this issue is Onee-chan and her new Keitai.
* Apparently, onee-chan had just bought a new Keitai, around
  30,000 yen, claiming that it has personal digital asistant,
  send/receive email, and "browsing home page".
  Suga-san ask her if she know how to do the setup, and she 
  promptly answered "Suga-san ga yaruno"  ^_^;;
  After reading the several cm of manual, Suga-san found that
  this keitai cannot browse web page.  Onee-chan whine and
  claim that the shopkeeper said she could.........   ^_^;;
