Okay, so Oh, boy, I get to go to either Nagoya or Hiroshima.

Ok, so...is there any good place online to lookup event
information..like for someone with about a 40-50% understanding of kanji
and about a 70% understanding of the language to go to and look up? or
how about a good old english one? =p

Oh, also...i know i KNOW this isnt ML topic, but my friend in chiba who
just sorta moved their needs some friends very badly =( so anyone from
chiba??
