I think so.

This Eurasia Express Satsujin Jiken game is a "live action" game,
not an animated game.  So Fukada Kyoko, Katou Ai, and the other
stars appear in the game, just like a movie.

This booth was VERY crowded during the event.
None of the seiyuu events came close to this one..
They allowed pictures, but I couldn't see where the stage was..
