Nope..She WAS Shinobu's sister Nagisa..Wanna bet?? ^_-
She had a leading role in the second episode where she kidnapped Kisagiri 
Shun's little brother,Reina,thinking that he was a girl...
She WAS in episode 5 too as the very same sister but only appeared for a 
brief time...She was the one with the Yakuza connections..^_^ The one who 
arrived in the Mercedes..
I guess you better re-watch those eps.^_^
