What timing. I just finished the summary..
For minor idols and such, this is common.
Of course when one gets a little popular, you get 1000 people
showing up, with a few of them camping overnight.. (^_^;)

Yes, they crank out lots of new idols this way.
Only a few survive..
But in this episode, you notice all the the hard work everyone
around her does to support her.

I don't think the young seiyuu are that much different from young idols.
