Yes it seems that way.
The two omake drama only have the story of them taking the
entrance exam. At that point, Asuka and Emiru are the only ones
who have been accepted.

But in Manami's drama, the story is about another student who
also got accepted by Seika.  They say Manami got accepted too.

Does the game give any clues as to how smart (or not so
smart) these girls are?
