I liked the first one more too.  But for pictures, I think this
one was very nice (if you like the seiyuu featured).

As for "minor" seiyuu, there were some that I had never seen
before, but the big articles were on major seiyuu.

Probably a combination of both.. also you recognize more seiyuu
now than you did when GV1 came out.  So they don't seem like
obscure seiyuu.
