Actually, she'd be on top by default. (Well, her or Akira Kamiya) She's the
only seiyuu who I really have ANY experience on personality. Next year's Expo
should expand that slightly, however. ^_^

Makes sense. In rating something like seiyuu, there are going to be a large
number of intangibles.
For me, personality doesn't matter as much because I'm first and foremost an
anime fan, not a seiyuu fan.
