Yes.. IF I knew them well enough.  With voice, singing, appearance,
performance, it's easy to tell by looking/listening to their "work".
But with personality, it's very hard.  Each radio show appearance,
each event, each interview, etc will give me a little info about
their personality, but still I can't be sure..  So I don't feel
like giving them a "number" for those categories.
But of course I think I know some of them well enough, to like
(or dislike/hate) them on personality..
