Which is perfectly fine. If I could, I'd rate seiyuu based on personality as
well. Unfortunately, you've got a 5000 (or so) mile advantage over me in that
category. If I were to rate seiyuu based on personality, Chisa would
constantly be on top.

You may be able to break down personality. Openness, friendliness, charisma,
and down-to-earth-ness may be categories to consider.
