I think it's impossible for me to rate a seiyuu just on ability anymore,
especially since I know hear such a small amount of their "real" work
(anime, dramas, etc.)  The longer I stay here, the less meaningful my
ratings become, as I'm almost entirely rating the person above their work
now.
