Not really.  Both Gundam and Creamy Mami are classic anime shown on
regular Japanese TV.  It's no different than people liking Chibi
Maruko-chan. 

Creamy Mami is not ecchi.  I think that Cream Lemon ruined the "cream"
title for everybody.
