Junko brought the penguin and made it walk so people can hear it. Junko: In May and June, I'll be in a musical. I received the script and I recorded my lines on a tape. I listen to it all the time now, so I can memorize my lines. I think it's going to be a fun musical. I'll let you know more about it later. Please come watch it. It will be playing in Tokyo and Osaka. Junko got a letter from a listener: Please learn how to swim this year. Junko: How did you know? I don't think I said on this radio show yet. I don't know my blood type. I've never been abroad. I'm a strange 26 year old. But I can't swim. Junko: The reason why I can't swim is because when I was little my father threw me into a deep pool. Since then I've been afraid of the water. I went to swimming school during the summers but I drank so much water and I couldn't understand why I had to learn how to swim. Junko: When I was 20, I went to the beach with my friends. They told me I had to learn how to swim, so I went into the ocean with a beach ball. Since the ball floats I was a little relaxed. But when I went out pretty far, far enough so my feet couldn't touch the bottom, the ball began to lose its air. I started struggling and drowning. Everyone was on the shore, and taking a video of me. They thought I was having fun, but actually I was drowning. Junko: I've decided that I wasn't meant to swim. I'm not going to try too hard at it. So I'm not sure if I'll be able to swim this year. But I do want to find out my blood type. The Seiyuu Freak FX CD-ROM for the PC-FX will have Iwao Junko in it. There will even be a little bit from her Christmas concert. Then they played "Sweet Love" by Shinohara Emi, from her "Ashita he" CD. Junko: My MAC is a LC475. But it broke the other day. I was having trouble with the booting. It wouldn't boot on the first try. But then it got to the point where it didn't boot at all. Someone suggested that it was a battery problem so I went to Hands and bought a new battery. I went home and opened up the computer and put the new battery in. Then it revived! Haruna: Did you give it a name? Junko: People ask me all the time. But I don't have a name for it. Maybe I can ask people tp send in some names for it. Haruna: Then please send in a name for my Performa 5210 too. Question: What do you drink medicine with? Haruna: Anything. Junko: I don't like medicine, so I drink it with orange juice or apple juice. Haruna: But they say that's not good to do that. Even tea and milk aren't good to mix with medicine. Junko: When I was in junior high, I had an operation for my appendix. Every day they gave me shots and medicine. Since they gave me shots, and I didn't like the powder medicine, I kept throwing it away. Then it got infected, and the cut got opened and they had to sew it again. Junk's song "Nakanai Weekend" was put into the X2000 karaoke system. Then Junko played that song. At the beginning of Haruna's corner, Haruna turned on her "mini 4 ku" car motor. She said that she got the car working. Haruna played "Enkei" by Nakamura Takamichi. -- Hitoshi Doi, Toshi Nibunnoichi doi@tcp.com half a UFO catcher doll, half a cel 801 tactical training squadron http://www.tcp.com/doi/doi.html toshi@win.or.jp
